【机构：需求改善且供应紧俏 油价料持稳并录得周线上涨】金十数据2月21日讯，油价周五持稳，并有望在需求前景改善的情况下实现周线上涨。对俄罗斯供应中断的担忧也为油价提供支撑。美、布两油这两个基准指标本周都上涨2%以上，这是自1月初以来的最大单周涨幅。美国能源信息署（EIA）周四表示，由于炼油厂季节性检修导致加工量下降，上周美国原油库存上升，而汽油和馏分油库存下降。Fujitomi Securities分析师Toshitaka Tazawa表示：“美国汽油和馏分油库存减少，加上对俄罗斯供应紧张的担忧，支撑油价。”他补充称：“由于乌克兰的强硬立场，人们对俄罗斯和乌克兰之间可能达成和平协议、从而缓解对莫斯科制裁的预期有所减弱，这促使一些投资者入市回补。”
