智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，于2025年2月21日，宁宣杭公司及安庆大桥公司与设计总院、交控工程及交控信息产业组成的联合体签订隧道智慧提升及机电专项改造总承包合同。
根据隧道智慧提升及机电专项改造总承包合同一，宁宣杭公司委托联合体为S05宣宁、S05宁千、S03狸宣段隧道智慧提升及机电专项改造设计施工总承包项目进行施工。
公告称，隧道智慧提升及机电专项改造总承包合同下进行的持续关连交易乃集团正常生产经营所必须进行的工作。隧道智慧提升及机电专项改造总承包合同乃经公开招标，由联合体中标而产生。设计总院具有工程设计综合资质甲级资质，交控工程具有公路工程施工总承包一级、公路安全设施专业承包一级、钢结构工程专业承包二级等相关资质，交控信息产业具有全球软件能力成熟度模型集成CMMI5级和国内软件能力成熟度SPCA5级最高级别认证、双软认证企业等相关资质。在投标过程中，宁宣杭公司及安庆大桥公司考虑了本公告前述所提及的因素以及联合体所具备的资质，决定接受联合体的投标书及委托其提供前述工程服务。
