智通财经APP讯，优矩控股(01948)发布公告，于2025年1月，公司的全资附属公司优矩互动(北京)科技有限公司(“优矩互动(北京)”)、海南优矩科技有限公司(“海南优矩”)及海南盈量科技有限公司(“海南盈量”)分别与线上媒体平台供应商上海巨量引擎网路技术有限公司(“上海巨量引擎”)、重庆懂车族科技有限公司(“重庆懂车族”)及武汉星图新视界科技有限公司(“武汉星图”)订立多份合作协议(“合作协议”)。于2025年1月，公司全资附属公司优矩(香港)有限公司(“优矩香港”)以上海巨量引擎、重庆懂车族及武汉星图为受益人另行订立一份单独的担保协议(“担保协议”)，为优矩互动(北京)、海南优矩及海南盈量于相应合作协议项下的付款责任向上海巨量引擎、重庆懂车族及武汉星图提供担保。倘优矩互动(北京)、海南优矩或海南盈量任何一方未能根据相应合作协议付款，优矩香港将于接获付款通知后向上海巨量引擎、重庆懂车族及╱或武汉星图作出付款。
