IT之家 2 月 21 日消息，据日经新闻报道，鸿海向本田汽车提出合作意向。为了强化电动汽车（EV）业务，鸿海还寻求与日产汽车建立合作关系，并将日产旗下的三菱汽车纳入其中，考虑实现 4 家公司的合作。
IT之家注意到，去年 12 月 23 日，本田、日产共同宣布就合并事宜签署谅解备忘录，将正式开启合并谈判。二者将以共同出资成立一家控股公司、双方均作为该控股公司子公司的方式进行合并。
然而，日产、本田、三菱 2 月 13 日又宣布，决定终止原本计划三方合作的谅解备忘录（MOU）。接下来，三家公司将基于去年 8 月 1 日签署的战略合作备忘录，在智能化和电动化车辆的领域展开合作，旨在为各自企业创造新价值，并提升企业综合实力。
在日产本田合并谈判破裂后，曾传出日产正考虑寻找新的合作伙伴，富士康是潜在选项之一。而雷诺也重启了与富士康商讨，出售其所持日产股份的可能性。
