智通财经APP讯，加幂科技(08198)发布公告，于2025年2月20日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司有条件同意透过配售代理按竭诚基准，以配售价每股配售股份0.305港元向不少于六名承配人(按现时预期)配售最多1.1亿股配售股份，而该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人(如适用)须为独立第三方。
配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.380港元折让约19.7%。
待完成后，预期配售事项所得款项总额上限及所得款项净额上限(经扣除配售佣金及其他相关成本及开支)将分别为约3345.29万港元及约3327.29万港元。按此基准，净发行价将约为每股配售股份0.303港元。
