智通财经APP获悉，2月21日，中国证监会公示《境外发行上市备案补充材料要求(2025年2月14日—2025年2月20日)》，证监会国际司共对6家企业出具补充材料要求。其中要求MAJESTIC IDEAL HOLDINGS LTD(以下简称“威美控股”)前次备案时承诺事项的履行情况等。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“MJID”。
证监会请公司就以下事项补充说明，请律师核查并出具明确的法律意见：
一、前次备案通知书出具12个月内未完成境外发行上市的情况及原因。
二、前次备案时承诺事项的履行情况。
资料显示，威美控股为中国服装行业提供供应链管理服务，公司主要经营纱线产品和成衣。该公司在服装供应链上提供全套服务，包括市场趋势分析，产品设计和开发，原材料采购等，其客户包括品牌所有者、纺织品制造商、服装采购代理以及在线时尚和服装零售商。
