智通财经APP讯，国际娱乐(01009)发布公告，尽管集团截至2024年12月31日止六个月取得收入及毛利增加，但集团预期本期间可能取得股东应占亏损不少于9000万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止六个月则取得股东应占亏损约为3610万港元。
公告称，公司拥有人应占亏损乃主要由于(其中包括)以下因素所致：一般及行政开支增加，主要由于集团自2024年5月9日起根据菲律宾娱乐及博彩公司于2023年9月27日授出的临时牌照接管赌场业务后，集团于菲律宾马尼拉市营运及管理赌场及发展综合度假区而产生的员工成本以及折旧及摊销;及集团因根据临时牌照建立及营运赌场及发展综合度假区而导致于本期间的银行借贷利息开支增加。
