智通财经APP获悉，2月21日，恒生指数公司公布最新季检结果，其中国富氢能(02582)获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，所有变动将于2025年3月7日(星期五)收市后实施并于2025年3月10日(星期一)起生效。据中信证券研报估算，国富氢能有可能被纳入港股通，因其满足了包括市值、流动性和上市时间等在内的一系列标准。
2月12日，西门子、国富氢能以及国富部分此股的德国公司RCT GH Hydrogen签署了一份谅解备忘录(MOU)。根据谅解备忘录(MOU)，国富氢能指定西门子为其整个扩张计划的首选供应商和技术合作伙伴，其中包括在德国建立生产基地和氢气生产基地。
