Keep预计2024年度亏损幅度扩大 称争取2025年盈亏平衡
本报讯 （记者袁传玺）2月21日，Keep Inc.（以下简称“Keep”）（03650.HK）于港交所发布盈利警告称，按非国际财务报告准则计量，公司预计2024年度经调整净亏损额为4.6亿元至4.9亿元，同比亏损幅度有所扩大。同时，公告指出，公司争取于2025年实现盈亏平衡。
公告表示，2024年度，公司经调整净亏损（非国际财务报告准则计量）预期增加的主要原因有：消费市场环境变化，消费者信心趋于谨慎，购买力偏弱，导致部分商品市场效果未达预期；公司为夯实长期竞争力，持续投入资源于新的战略业务及技术革新，导致费用增加。
其中，投入方向包括：人工智能相关应用程序开发及推广、可穿戴健身设备创新、体育主题营销及品牌建设以及组织架构调整相关的费用开支。
公告指出，这些战略预计将从2025年起逐步释放积极效益，将有助于公司长期发展。
同时，公司已采取并将持续推行以下措施提升经营效率：通过技术赋能，包括人工智能技术的应用，优化业务表现及降低运营成本，提升供应链管理及员工人效。
日前，Keep创始人王宁发布全员信表示，下一个10年公司将All in AI。受此消息鼓舞，Keep股价从年初至今，累计涨幅超40%。
