Polaris Subsidiary Fino Hotels Signs MOU with Misawa Homes for Two New Tokyo Hotel Projects

Polaris Holdings' (TYO:3010) subsidiary, Fino Hotel, has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Misawa Homes for lease agreements on two new hotel properties in Tokyo's Sumida-ku district.

The properties, KOKO Hotel Residence Oshiage and KOKO Hotel Residence Honjo-Azumabashi, will enhance Polaris Group's operational platform under the KOKO Hotel brand, according to its filing on Monday.

These apartment-type hotels are strategically located near key transportation lines and tourist attractions like Tokyo Skytree Town.

The Oshiage property is set to open around July 2026, while the Honjo-Azumabashi property is expected to start operations in February 2028.
