智通财经APP讯，冠军科技集团(00092)公布，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止六个月取得归属于股东的合并净亏损( 未包括其他全面收益及支出 )约2000万-2300万港元，而2023年同期股东应占溢利5000万港元。
公告称，预期亏损主要由于因地缘政治的原因导致所有数据中心相关的重要系统及蕊片货源短缺，致使整个智慧城市行业的发展严重滞后。集团的智慧城市解决方案业务收入及营运业绩取得显著减少;中国香港政府近期已表明上网电价的资助计划很可能不会在2033年到期后再延续。故此，一般再生能源项目的投资者都会见而却步。集团的可再生能源业务收入及营运业绩取得显著减少;以及截至2023年12月31日止六个月期间，从出售位于东莞的一家酒店的处置中所取得的一次性收益属非经常性质。
