　　“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。大成食品（亚洲）有限公司董事会主席韩家寰出席“乡村振兴与现代化农业探索”主题论坛并进行演讲。

　　韩家寰表示，大成食品的核心业务是动物蛋白质，这里面有一个完整供应链，目前的AI看起来很花哨，但是我想象不出一个画面是机器人在干活，有一个大模型规定了你要吃多少，不同成分配比是多少。

　　他指出，在消费品终端，品牌方面和服务方面，AI可以做很多事情，但是供应链端的AI能做的事情还不太多。

　　更进一步来看，AI能帮助我们做很多，但不太可能替代供需决定价格这样一个市场行为，“我觉得生物科技作为一个微笑曲线，两头最高的都是技术，底下比较辛苦的是做供应链，AI能改善整体的微笑曲线向上，可以改善技术，但从整个农业来讲，AI还很难替代”。

　　关于粮食问题，韩家寰认为，粮食的安全已经不是问题，全世界马上一百亿人口，粮食的问题也不会是问题。（罗宁）
