南非耆卫保险集团高管访问平安集团及金融壹账通 深化合作推动数字化转型
本报讯 （记者李冰）近日，金融壹账通官方发布消息，海外战略客户南非耆卫保险集团（Old Mutual plc，以下简称“OM”）集团首席运营官Zureida Ebrahim及集团首席信息官May Govender一行访问了平安集团及金融壹账通。此次交流中，双方围绕平安集团的数字化发展历程、综合金融体系建设、人工智能泛金融领域应用及监管科技等多个议题进行了深入探讨，并展望了未来深化合作的可能性。
交流期间，平安集团联席首席执行官兼副总经理郭晓涛介绍了平安集团的综合金融战略与医疗生态战略，金融壹账通董事长兼CEO陈当阳介绍了如何通过AI+数据，助力金融机构数字化转型，持续提升业务处理、风控管理和客户服务的智能化水平。平安寿险与平安银行详细介绍了两家机构的交叉销售模式及其演进过程。金融壹账通也对OM高层关于业务流程自动化与数据赋能AI的相关问题进行了详细解答。
据介绍，自2022年起，金融壹账通与OM开展了战略合作，并根据双方签署的合作协议，为OM提供了首款数字化寿险产品“全能代理人”解决方案。该产品依托金融壹账通在金融行业的深厚经验和先进的科技能力，通过大数据、人工智能等技术，帮助OM的代理人提高服务效率并有效促进客户转化。
金融壹账通表示，未来将继续秉持合作共赢的理念，积极响应国际化发展趋势，进一步拓展海外业务。
