Henderson Land Development's (HKG:0012) phase 2 of the Belgravia Place project in Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong received 350 orders for its 50 units, making the project oversubscribed seven times, The Standard reported Sunday.

The developer launched the price list with an average discounted price of HK$15,968 per square foot, up 0.4% than the HK$15,902 per square foot in phase 1, the report said.

Henderson also received 800 orders for 63 units at its Eight Southpark project in Kowloon City, Hong Kong, making the project 13 times oversubscribed, the report said.

The units were priced at an average of HK$17,388 per square foot, the report said.
