消息面上，健倍苗苗公布，2月21日，该公司间接全资附属Arrow King Inc.拟向侯佳声收购天喜堂药厂有限公司已发行股份的90%，总代价为1.71亿港元。据悉目标公司主要从事制造、推广及销售品牌中药天喜堂天喜丸。集团认为，天喜堂天喜丸是一个极具价值的优质品牌，为集团的长远业务增长带来重要的战略价值。
公告指出，为了充分发挥品牌潜力，集团计划开展全面的市场推广活动，凭借其成熟的品牌管理专长，提升品牌知名度并加强消费者互动。通过扩展分销网络及市场覆盖范围，该集团将致力挖掘天喜堂天喜丸的潜力，拓展未被充分开发的市场，并吸引新的客户群。
