智通财经APP获悉，中国视觉内容与特效制作领域的数智云库 [DCR Tech Group(DCR.US)]于上周五(2月21日)正式向美国证券交易委员会递交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，旨在筹集1000万美元资金。这家坐落于北京的企业计划发行200万股股票，每股发行价格设定在4至6美元之间，以此目标募集1000万美元资金。若以发行价区间的中值计算，数智云库的市值预计将达到2.1亿美元。
据了解，数智云库通过其在中国设立的子公司，广泛服务于电影电视、OTT视频、游戏、动画、数字文化旅游、广告以及扩展现实等多个行业，提供全方位的视觉效果制作服务。其服务范围覆盖了视觉内容制作的整个流程，从初期的故事板设计、预览到最终的成品制作，一应俱全。
该公司的主要收入来源是提供视觉内容制作服务，通常依据固定价格合同和里程碑付款模式进行结算。自成立以来，数智云库已累计为约30位客户提供了专业服务，客户群涵盖了制作人、制作经理及视觉效果制作人等。
成立于2021年的数智云库，在截至2024年6月30日的12个月内实现了1600万美元的营业收入。此次，该公司计划在纳斯达克挂牌上市，股票代码定为“DCR”。
值得一提的是，数智云库于2024年10月18日已秘密提交了IPO申请。在此次IPO交易中，D. Boral Capital担任唯一的账簿管理人角色。
