BlockBeats 消息，2 月 24 日，以太坊 Pectra 升级将于明日 5 时 55 分（UTC+8）在 Holesky 测试网激活，供开发者在主网部署前测试新功能，引入新的验证者奖励机制、账户抽象化功能及 Layer-2 扩容优化。
以太坊基金会表示，Pectra 将于 Holesky 测试网的 115,968 epoch 启动，若测试网均升级成功，将为主网选定激活 epoch。Pectra 升级包含三大功能：增强以太坊账户功能、支持 Layer-2 扩容、优化验证者用户体验。其中重大变化包括 EIP-3074，它通过允许外部拥有账户 (EOA) 执行批量交易和赞助 gas 支付来增强以太坊账户抽象。此外，Pectra 升级将使以太坊的 blob 容量增加 50%。主网目前平均支持每个区块 3 个 blob，Pectra 部署后将增加到 6 个。
以太坊 Dencun 升级已于 2024 年 3 月 13 日实施，大幅降低了 Layer-2 网络交易费用并优化 Rollup 经济模型，被视为以太坊大规模采用的重要里程碑。
