智通财经APP讯，国浩集团(00053)发布公告，于2025年2月24日，该公司的附属公司国浩房地产的全资附属公司 GLS 与 TIDR、Intrepid 以及 FWR(为承担该项目而成立的合资公司)签订合资协议，按 GLS(50%)、TIDR(40%)及 Intrepid(10%)的协定合资比例发展该物业(所有该幅位于新加坡Faber Walk，名为Mukim 5的Lot 9584L地块)。
根据合资协议，FWR 已成立作为认可发展商以承担该项目，其中包括收购和发展该物业，以及处理将在该物业发展的住宅单位。该物业乃通过投标，以中标价约3.5亿新加坡元(约20.37亿港元)从新加坡市区重建局投得。根据合资协议，GLS 的总出资额为 6295.88万新加坡元(约 3.665亿港元)，当中包括 1700万新加坡元(约 9897.4万港元)股本及 4595.88万新加坡元(约 2.68亿港元)股东贷款。
国浩房地产集团从事物业发展及投资业务，并于新加坡、中国内地及马来西亚经营业务。该交易属于国浩房地产集团的一般及日常业务。
TIDR 和 Intrepid 为新加坡知名的房地产发展商。成立合资公司使 GLS 能够以较低的资本投入参与该项目，并使国浩房地产集团保留资金作其他投资机会。
