“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。居然智家集团创始人、董事长兼CEO汪林朋出席“中国商业心灵”环节并进行演讲。
汪林朋认为，随着如今市场变化，再加上人工智能技术革命，原来的商业模式需要转型。这意味着过去我们所有的商业模式都需要重塑再造。
汪林朋表示，在这种情况下，居然智家利用数智化进行商业模式的创新，通过AI设计进行智能装修。他表示，设计在装修过程中占到30%的成本，假如我们有一天装修只需要跟机器对话，把需求提出来就能马上得到方案，再通过这个机器很快得到装修要怎么做，材料在哪里买，价格是多少，这样岂不是很好。
对此，居然智家早在2016年就收购了美AUTODESK 3D家装设计SaaS软件Homestyler，中文命名居然设计家。2019年，阿里巴巴以增资和收购的形式取得对居然设计家的控制权。2023年，居然智家以增资形式重新获得对居然设计家的控制权，将定位转向设计AI，也正好将最初的AI融入设计领域的想法进一步实现。（罗宁）
