智通财经APP讯，浙商银行(02016)发布公告，鉴于新任独立非执行董事任职资格已获批，且该行第七届董事会2025年第一次临时会议于2025年2月24日补选第七届董事会专门委员会委员，故王国才自 2025年2月24日起不再担任该行独立非执行董事，董事会消费者权益保护委员会主任，董事会风险与关联交易控制委员会成员及董事会提名与薪酬委员会成员职务。
董事会欣然宣布，于2025年2月24日，董事会决议(i)选举汪炜为董事会普惠金融发展委员会成员;(ii)选举施浩为消费者权益保护委员会主任、风险与关联交易控制委员会成员及提名与薪酬委员会成员; (iii)选举楼伟中为风险与关联交易控制委员会主任及消费者权益保护委员会成员。汪炜不再为风险与关联交易控制委员会主任。许永斌不再为消费者权益保护委员会成员。
