Daphne International (HKG:0210) expects a minimum profit attributable to shareholders of 100 million yuan for 2024, at least 60% higher than 62.4 million yuan logged for 2023, a Monday bourse filing said.
The footwear company attributed the expected increase to the recognition of deferred income tax assets and a reversal of impairment loss on recoverable value-added tax along with an increase in revenue resulting from a gain in licensing fee income and sales of goods during the reporting year.
