　　国富创新（00290）发布公告，于2024年11月4日至2025年1月15日（包括首尾两日）期间，卖方利威发展有限公司（公司的全资附属公司）于公开市场上透过一系列交易出售合共1886万股目标股份（今海医疗科技股份有限公司）（占目标公司于本公告日期的全部已发行股本约0.36%），总代价约为2698万港元（不包括交易成本），相当于平均价格约为每股目标股份1.43港元。

　　于2025年2月21日（交易时段后），卖方与买方王强订立股份转让协议，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意收购4294万股目标股份（占目标公司于本公告日期的全部已发行股本约0.83%），代价约为6012万港元，相当于售价约为每股目标股份1.40港元。
