　　未来世界控股（00572）发布公告，认购协议项下的所有先决条件已获达成，而完成已于2025年2月21日根据认购协议的条款及条件落实。合共2318.83万股认购股份已按认购价每股股份0.6港元配发及发行予认购人。认购价总额1391.3万港元已由认购人以抵销承兑票据项下同等未偿还金额的方式结算。于完成后，承兑票据已获全数赎回，而承兑票据订约方的责任将告终结及终止，任何订约方均不得就承兑票据向另一订约方提出任何索偿。
