2月21日，一段关于“蔚来换电站起火”的视频在网络流传。该视频显示，在一个蔚来换电站内弥漫着滚滚浓烟，火势严重，内里还有一台蔚来车辆，其头顶位置燃起熊熊大火，并伴随燃烧物从换电站顶部落下。该视频迅速引发网络热议，部分网友对蔚来换电站的安全性表示担忧。

　　记者留意到，蔚来汽车官方随后对此次换电站的起火发布了情况说明。说明中指出，该起火事件发生在2月21日上午10时40分左右，沈阳红星美凯龙铁西店蔚来换电站的顶部照明灯具发生了火情。经现场工作人员初步勘查，确认起火部位为换电站顶部的照明灯，该事件火情未涉及换电站内的电池和机械结构。同时，蔚来汽车指出此次事件造成用户车辆受损，未造成人员伤亡和周边财产损失。

　　对于用户的损失，蔚来汽车也给予了回复：“对于此次事件给用户带来的损失与不便，非常抱歉。目前已安排代步车，确保用户出行需要。用户车辆损失，蔚来方面将全额承担，并提供关怀方案。”
