　　中联发展控股（00264）发布公告，于2025年2月21日，公司拟配售最多3000万股，相当于经扩大的公司已发行股本约6.63%。每股配售股份的配售价为1.78港元，较2月21日收市价每股2.21港元折让约19.46%。

　　待配售事项完成后，预期配售事项的最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约5340万港元及5202万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额约5202万港元用于充实一般营运资金及增强集团的财务状况，其中约1800万港元将用于购买皮革制造以及皮革及机动车发动机延伸清洁服务相关的材料、设备及费用成本；约1800万港元将用作集团一般营运资金，包括支付租金、员工成本、专业费用以及其他一般行政及营运开支；约1150万港元将用于偿付结欠应付款项；及余下约452万港元将用作集团的其他一般营运资金。
