格隆汇2月24日丨正味集团(02147.HK)公告，中正天恒会计师有限公司("中正天恒")已辞任公司核数师，自2025年2月24日起生效，原因为董事会未能与中正天恒就截至2025年6月30日止财政期间的审核费用达成共识。
经审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会决议委任永拓富信会计师事务所有限公司("永拓富信")为公司新核数师，以填补中正天恒辞任后的临时空缺，自2025年2月24日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
