　　万科企业（02202）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.77%，现报6.23港元，成交额4.17亿港元。

　　消息面上，万科公告称，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司拟向公司提供借款，借款金额为42亿元，借款用途为用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息，借款期限为36个月。据悉，2月18日，万科联合中信金石、新华人寿、大家人寿设立万新金石Pre-REIT基金，万科将获得约14亿元的流动资金；2月10日，万科公告称深铁集团拟向万科提供股东借款，借款金额为28亿元。
