智通财经APP讯，星凯控股(01166)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止6个月取得公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约2300万港元至3000万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止6个月公司拥有人应占亏损为约5875.7万港元。
公告称，预期公司拥有人应占亏损减少乃主要由于以下因素：(i)毛利增加;(ii)一般及行政开支减少;及(iii)有关期间集团投资物业公平值亏损净额较集团投资物业于相应期间取得的公平值亏损净额减少。
