智通财经APP讯，宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，协议项下所有先决条件已获达成，且交割根据协议已于近期进行。公司已收取首两期价款人民币6617.9万元，且已完成股权转让。根据协议，于自根据目标公司施工协议厘定调整金额当日起十个营业日内，公司预期自目标公司收取第三期价款。交割后，集团不再持有目标公司任何股权。
