Keep公告：2024年亏幅扩大 持续投入于AI 预计2025年扭亏
2月21日，运动科技公司Keep（03650.HK）于港交所发布公告，对2024年度业绩做出盈利警告。公告称，预计Keep 公司2024年度经调整后净亏损额（非国际财务报告准则计量，下同）为4.6亿元至4.9亿元人民币，同比亏损幅度有所扩大。同时，公告指出，公司争取于2025年实现盈亏平衡。
公告表示，2024年度，公司经调整净亏损额预期增加的主要原因有：消费市场环境变化，消费者信心趋于谨慎，购买力偏弱，导致部分商品市场效果未达预期；公司为夯实长期竞争力，持续投入资源于新的战略业务及技术革新，导致费用增加。具体投入方向包括，人工智能相关应用程序开发及推广、可穿戴健身设备创新、体育主题营销及品牌建设，以及组织架构调整相关的费用开支等。
公告指出，上述战略计划处于前期投入阶段，预计将产生短期影响。这些战略预计将从2025年起逐步释放积极效益，将有助于公司长期发展。公司已采取并将持续推行以下措施提升经营效率：通过技术赋能，包括人工智能技术的应用，优化业务表现及降低运营成本，提升供应链管理及员工人效，争取在2025年实现盈亏平衡。
日前，Keep创始人王宁发布全员信，纪念Keep成立10周年同时宣布下一个10年公司将All in AI。消息发布后，Keep股价一路猛涨，年初至今一度涨超40%，成为年后全球 AI 相关股票中涨幅最高的公司之一。
