格隆汇2月21日丨赣锋锂业(01772.HK)公告，江西赣锋锂业集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”或“赣锋锂业”)于2025年2月21日召开的第五届董事会第八十九次会议审议通过了《关于公司收购控股子公司深圳易储部分股权涉及关联交易的议案》，同意公司以人民币2亿元的价格向控股子公司江西赣锋锂电科技股份有限公司(以下简称“赣锋锂电”)收购其所持有的控股子公司深圳易储能源科技有限公司(以下简称“深圳易储”)全部股权。
截至本公告披露日，赣锋锂电持有深圳易储90%的股权，根据公司于2024年10月31日披露的《关于控股子公司深圳易储实施增资扩股并引入员工持股平台暨关联交易的公告》(公告编号：2024-098)，公司及子公司相关人员拟增资入股深圳易储且深圳易储拟引入员工持股平台并调整注册资本(以下简称“增资扩股事项”)，增资扩股事项完成后，公司实际自赣锋锂电受让取得深圳易储71.352%股权(最终以工商登记为准)。授权公司经营层全权办理本次交易相关事宜并签署相关法律文件。
