Capital Bancorp (CBNK) said Monday it has completed merging Integrated Financial into its operations and systems, providing Integrated Financial customers with access to Capital Bancorp's products and services.
West Town Bank and Trust and Windsor Advantage, former Integrated Financial subsidiaries, are now part of Capital Bancorp. West Town merged with and into Capital Bank, and Windsor Advantage became a Capital Bancorp subsidiary after the merger was completed on Oct. 1 last year, the company said.
The conversion of Integrated Financial into Capital's operations and systems was completed between Feb. 21 and Feb. 24, allowing Integrated Financial customers to use Capital's services at any location, online, or through ATMs. A new Capital Bancorp. branch will also open in Raleigh, North Carolina on March 3, the company added.
