2月24日，中国天化工股东将股票存入CCASS，存仓市值334.80万港元，占比7.99%。
近日，中国天化工发布公告，公司正计划发行不可换股债券。公司计划发行不多于50张债券，每张债券本金额为100万港元及发行金额不多于5000万港元、年息为10%，及到期日为相关债券发行日期的第一周年。公司拟将所得款项净额用于偿还债务及拨充集团的一般营运资金。
