阅文集团计提新丽传媒商誉减值10.5亿元至11.5亿元，未来将聚焦开发头部影视内容
红星资本局2月25日消息，今日，阅文集团（00772.HK）发布盈利预警公告，公告披露，阅文集团将对新丽传媒计提10.5亿元至11.5亿元商誉减值，受此影响预计阅文集团2024年净亏损约1.5亿元至2.5亿元；扣非净利润方面，预计约为11亿元至11.5亿元。
公告显示，当前市场环境下，观众对高品质内容需求日益上升，只有优质的影视作品才能持续赢得市场青睐并获得商业成功。基于这一趋势，新丽传媒将主动聚焦开发头部影视内容，这或会导致未来几年内项目制作周期延长以及总体生产成本攀升，从而影响新丽传媒未来几年的盈利预期。
有行业相关人士认为，阅文集团对新丽传媒计提商誉减值，主要出于会计处理谨慎性原则的考虑，具有非经营性、非持续性的特点。此次计提的10.5亿元至11.5亿元在阅文集团2024年中期净资产中占比不足6%，风险边际改善，商誉风险基本出清，不影响阅文集团及新丽传媒的核心经营能力。

2018年，新丽传媒加入阅文集团后，陆续产出了《庆余年》《赘婿》《人世间》等爆款电视剧电影内容。2024年，新丽传媒产出了《热辣滚烫》《与凤行》《庆余年第二季》《玫瑰的故事》《大奉打更人》五部影视爆款作品，并与阅文集团IP产业链深度联动，带动原著作品、动漫、游戏、衍生品周边等持续增长。
