　　珠江钢管（01938）发布公告，于2024年12月27日，公司的间接全资附属公司珠江钢管（云浮）与云浮市云安区土地储备中心签订协议，云浮市云安区土地储备中心同意购买，而珠江钢管（云浮）同意出售土地。代价为人民币3025万元。

　　土地尚未开发，原本购买用于云浮设立钢管生产线。土地总占地面积约为12.94万平方米，位于中国广东省云浮市云安区六都镇黄湾村委大坑村地段。土地目前为工业用途。于2024年12月31日，土地于公司账面净值为人民币2900万元。

　　土地由集团自2021年购入，土地待开发多年，且于紧接出售土地协议日前两个财政年度并无产生收益。土地上没有楼宇或建筑物。因此，预期将不会产生有关土地修复工作的重大费用。

　　董事会认为出售土地可为集团提供现金流，补充其流动资金及集团的财务状况。出售土地可以提高资产的利用效率。出售土地不会对集团的业务及营运产生重大影响。
