Former Gold Coast Suns chairman Tony Cochrane and his wife and co-founder of special events firm Cochrane Entertainment Thea Jeanes-Cochrane have sold their Hamptons-style Gold Coast mansion for $22 million, clocking the biggest Gold Coast sale so far this year.
The Southport deal was inked on the same day of the buyer’s first inspection, and was negotiated by James Courtney from McGrath Paradise Point, who represented the Cochranes, and Coastal Broadbeach’s Matt Lanyon, who introduced the buyer.
