共有33名计划债权人持有计划申索以在计划会议上进行投票(投票计划申索)，总额为7.39亿港元，出席计划会议并亲自或以电子方式委任授权代表或代理人进行投票。
共23名计划债权人(占出席计划会议并投票的计划债权人总数的69.70%)，持有总计7.14亿港元的投票计划申索(占投票计划申索总值的96.72%)，投票赞成安排计划。
因此，安排计划获得计划债权人所需多数票的批准。
