智通财经APP讯，中证国际(00943)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止6个月(2024/25年上半年)将取得本公司拥有人应占综合亏损8500万港元至9500万港元，相对于截至2023年12月31日止6个月(2023/24年上半年)则取得约6.94亿港元。预期取得的亏损包括本公司拥有人应占持续经营业务的亏损约3690万港元(2023/24年上半年：2050万港元);及已终止经营业务的亏损约5220万港元(2023/24年上半年：6.737亿港元)。
2024/25年上半年本公司拥有人应占持续经营业务的亏损增加，主要由于确认其他应收款的减值亏损约1610万港元(2023/24年上半年：无)以及应收贷款及利息减值约260万港元(2023/24年上半年：无)。该等减值项目为非现金项目，其价值按本公司所委聘的独立估值师进行预期信贷亏损评估(有待最终确定)而厘定。除上述减值项目外，本集团的持续经营业务于2024/25年上半年呈现改善，其取得收益约6400万港元(2023/24年上半年：4730万港元)及毛利约1630万港元(2023/24年上半年：1420万港元)。
