GoFintech Innovation (HKG:0290) agreed to cooperate with Hangzhou Shunshi Technology through the latter's subsidiary, Nanjing Quakey Technology, in the field of quantum technology.
Under the tie-up, the parties will cooperate in research, development, and innovation in quantum science and technology, industrial ecosystem development, and talent cultivation and exchange.
Quakey Tech specializes in quantum computing technology services, technological promotion and application solutions, and software development, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
