路透北京2月25日 - 中国民营房企--世茂集团0813.HK周二公告称，经双方同意，高等法院已颁令撤回针对本公司之呈请。这是该公司二度化解清盘呈请危机。
世茂去年与建行境外分支握手言和，清盘呈请获撤销。不过今年1月，其再度遭遇另一家机构--深化连盛投资有限公司的清盘呈请，香港高等法院将该呈请的首次聆讯日期定为3月19日。
在近一年拉锯后，世茂集团周一表示，其近116亿美元的债务重组计划，已获大多数计划债权人批准，并将于3月寻求香港高等法院对该计划的批准和裁决。
世茂集团港股周一收低4.3%，报0.89港元，今年迄今累跌14%。（完）
