Ziff Davis Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Full-Year 2025 Guidance Issued

Ziff Davis (ZD) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Monday of $2.58 per diluted share, up from $2.33 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.63.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $412.8 million, up from $389.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $424.4 million.

For full-year 2025, the company said it expects adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $6.64 to $7.28. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.39.

Revenue for the year is expected to be between $1.44 billion and $1.50 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.49 billion.

Ziff Davis shares fell 2.1% in Tuesday premarket activity.
