格隆汇2月25日丨天利控股集团(00117.HK)宣布，于2025年2月25日，东宇阳(作为买方，公司间接全资附属公司)与东荣(作为卖方)订立购买合约，据此，东宇阳同意向东荣收购机器，代价为1.75亿日圆。
公告称，在中国政府积极推进新型基础设施建设和国产替代的大趋势之下，集团将继续抓住发展机遇，加大对MLCC业务的投入，进一步提升产能和技术水准。机器拟用于在东宇阳的工厂提升MLCC产品的测试和筛选以提高集团的产能，扩大其现有的产品线，并提升MLCC分部的技术产能。
