2月25日，浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告，2025年2月25日，公司信息中心与联合体（以浙江高信为牵头方）签订了高速公路干线通道数字化场景支撑软硬件项目合同。
该合同涉及为公司提供设计施工相关服务，合同总金额为9055万元，其中与浙江高信相关的费用为8768万元。
根据公告，由于本次交易与过去12个月内与浙江高信的交易性质相似，因此在计算相关百分比率时需将两者合并。合并后，交易的适用百分比率超过0.1%但不足5%，因此无需独立股东批准，但仍需遵守申报及公告规定。该项目旨在通过技术创新和资源整合，构建一个高效协同的数字化体系，推动集团从传统基础设施运营向“智慧交通服务+产业生态平台”转型。
