恒基地产(00012)的长沙湾Belgravia Place第2期，将于周五(25日)正式开售，恒基物业代理董事及营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，项目暂录约1,100张入票，以首轮发售148伙计，超额约6.4倍。

 

他指出，整批单位最低折实售价408.78万元，主攻的两房户入场价则为532.62万元，最低呎价15,088元起。入票客源主要来自九龙区，而投资客亦占一定比例。项目将于销售当日下午3时截票，晚上7时即时抽签拣楼，设有大手销售时段。

 

此外，该盘特色单位亦部署招标推出，项目2座30楼1室，实用面积807方呎，四房连套房设计，层与层高度达约4米，客厅连接585方呎平台。有机会于本周推出招标，呎价有望创项目新高。
