智通财经APP获悉，AI概念股下挫，截至发稿，涂鸦智能-W(02391)跌12.66%，报27.95港元；新意网集团(01686)跌8.31%，报8.15港元；美图公司(01357)跌7.43%，报5.73港元；阿里巴巴-W(09988)跌5.9%，报127.8港元；中兴通讯(00763)跌5.19%，报32.85港元。
消息面上，微软削减数据中心支出，引发市场对人工智能投资前景的担忧，冲击科技股。机构认为，短期国内科技股或受到海外影响或有所调整，但海内外头部企业包括苹果在内的多家科技公司表示将大幅提升资本开支，全球科技板块CAPEX周期开启回升，对科技股的影响将更为长久，科技的长期叙事也有望延续。
值得注意的是，此前美国白宫发布了新任总统特朗普最新颁布的《美国优先投资政策》备忘录，其在鼓励外国投资美国的同时，也提到了继续限制对中国的投资。东吴证券认为，短期看，这一政策将直接冲击中国科技股的风险情绪；中期看，关注美国外国投资委员会（CFIUS）后续可能出台的对华具体措施，以及中美关税谈判是否针对这一政策进行博弈及后续可能出现的关税升级风险。
