智通财经APP获悉，ASMPT(00522)反弹逾3%，该股昨日重挫逾16%。截至发稿，涨3.2%，报66.15港元，成交额3.57亿港元。
消息面上，ASMPT此前公布2024年财报，期内销售收入132.29亿港元(16.9亿美元)，同比跌10%；纯利3.45亿港元，同比跌51.7%。派息共32港仙，包括每股末期息7港仙及特别息25港仙。摩根大通认为，ASMPT上财季财报表现与过去几季类似，主流封装收入和表面贴装技术(SMT)业务的疲软持续拖累利润率。但公司对热压键合(TCB)业务仍保持乐观，称其总可服务市场将实现45%的年复合增长率，并有望在2024至2027年间实现4倍的收入成长。
中银国际指出，对热压焊接(TCB)和其他先进封装设备的结构性需求保持乐观，同时在产品认证和获得订单方面，ASMPT在去年第四季和今年首季均有稳步进展。该行又指，通用半导体设备和非AI相关应用目前仍是业绩拖累因素，但预计从2025年起，ASMPT的先进封装业务收入占比将超过30%，净利润贡献将超过50%，故认为目前股价被低估。
