迈越科技(02501.HK) 公布，与Vietnam Made Trading Technology Limited于今年2月19日，订立不具法律约束力的合作协议。双方致力于通过人工智能云计算的长期战略伙伴关系，在电子竞技及互联网接入服务领域进行深度合作。
公告指，迈越科技将协助Vietnam Made Trading Technology Limited在越南的电竞酒店、网吧及其他应用场景中，通过全方位的产品及解决方案实现业务、计费、营运、安全及云计算的全面赋能，并解决营运商在互联网接入服务、电竞硬件、网络及电竞环境中面临的常见问题。
据介绍，Vietnam Made Trading Technology Limited为一间根据越南法律成立的创新设计及开发公司，专注于为智能硬件、工业设备、消费电子及物联网领域的中小企业提供具成本效益的产品设计、技术开发及数字化转型解决方案。
迈越科技表示，该合作将使公司能够扩大地域覆盖，更容易渗透至东南亚国家联盟的国家，拓宽公司的收入来源，并为股东创造更大价值。(js/w)
