获特朗普儿子投资，Dominari应声大涨
智通财经APP获悉，Dominari Holdings周一宣布美国总统唐纳德·特朗普的儿子小唐纳德·特朗普和埃里克·特朗普成为该公司的投资者，受该消息影响，该股盘后大涨25.46%。
今年以来，Dominari Holdings已经上涨了700%以上，主要原因是特朗普的这两个儿子今年2月加入这家生物技术和金融科技公司的顾问委员会。在该消息传出后，Dominari Holdings股价一度飙升89%。
文件显示，小唐纳德·特朗普和埃里克·特朗普参与了该公司最近宣布的融资。
总部位于特朗普大厦的Dominari宣布了1350万美元的注册直接发行和私募发行，同时其董事会还宣布了400万美元的特别现金股息。
该公司通过其子公司从事财富管理、投资银行、销售和交易业务，市值超过5000万美元。
今年2月，Dominari还宣布成立美国数据中心，其成员包括Dominari、小唐纳德·特朗普、埃里克·特朗以及其他人工智能行业人士。
