智通财经APP讯，AQUILA ACQ-Z(07836)发布公告，股份赎回价已厘定为每股Aquila A类股份10.00港元，即存入托管账户的总金额(包括托管账户中持有且之前未发放或未经Aquila董事会批准发放予Aquila用于支付其开支或税项的资金所赚取的利息)除以截至本公告日期(即股东特别大会前两个营业日)已发行及发行在外的Aquila A类股份的数量。
待交割发生后，股份赎回价预期将在交割日期以及在任何情况下于交割后五个营业日内支付予进行赎回的Aquila股东。若交割日期为2025年3月10日，则股份赎回价的支付将于2025年3月17日或之前作出。
倘特殊目的收购公司并购交易因任何塬因未获批准或未完成，则Aquila将不会赎回任何Aquila A类股份，且所有股份赎回请求将予取消。
