Odaily星球日报讯 世界最高金融稳定监管机构金融稳定委员会（FSB）主席诺特（Klaas Knot）表示，正在成立一个专门工作组，以揭露影子银行可能引发更广泛危机的领域。诺特表示，套息交易和基差交易是金融稳定委员会可以重点关注的“两个极好的例子”，“这些领域有可能积累大量杠杆，而且积累速度相当快。”基差交易因其对美债的万亿美元押注而闻名，每笔押注的利润都很小，这鼓励了大量借贷，从而增加了潜在风险。而随着美国不可预测的经济政策引发波动，套利交易的风险也越来越大。FSB 在确定负责监管非银行金融机构的众多监管机构已经掌握哪些数据、还能获得哪些数据以及可以共享哪些数据方面遇到了障碍。诺特表示，第一步将是确保各国监管机构掌握必要的数据，以了解金融稳定风险。他在谈到短期目标时说：“我们希望在 2025 年取得重大进展。”特别工作组将有一位“强有力的主席”，但他并未具体说明。（金十）
